Lonny Andy Neal and his wife, owners of A-1 Paving, are celebrating their twenty-sixth year in business. Formerly known as Andy's Blacktop, their company was originally formed to provide a way for the Neals to earn a living while the union at Andy's previous job was out on strike. They began by seal coating which led to installing asphalt. Before too long, Andy's reputation was growing and his childhood dream of owning his own business was coming true. We visited with Andy and Mrs. Neal recently and listened as they told of their company and their civic pride;

A-1 Paving specializes in seal coating asphalt and installing new driveways. We excavate, haul gravel, and patch potholes in addition to resurfacing and installing tennis courts, commercial driveways, and residential driveways. From our very first contact with each of our clients, we strive to develop relationships that enable us to meet our customers' expectations.
