We primarily supply staffing for temporary positions lasting from from a day or two when someone calls in sick to several months when an employee is taking a scheduled maternity leave. Occasionally, we provide assistance in an emergency situation by finding a qualified professional to fill an unexpected opening or to help out in an office that is overworked and understaffed. Other times, we will have the opportunity to plan ahead and to find someone who can commit to a few months or more. If you get a job on your own and you're not happy with it, you can call me and say, "Reactivate my file. I'm still working, but I'm not happy and I want to see what's out there." Sometimes a long-term temporary position even becomes a permanent position.
