Although she'll never share the recipe with anyone, she will tell you that it's a white chocolate cheesecake with two dark chocolate layers in the middle and covered with butter-cream frosting with chocolate curls and shavings all around. Some of her specialty cheesecakes include her Black Forest cheesecake, white chocolate mint cheesecake, chocolate raspberry cheesecake, and a delectable white chocolate praline cheesecake that had everyone here at The Advocate gathered around the table, eyes wide in anticipation. Believe me, we were not disappointed! You've seldom heard the type of sounds that filled the room as our forks returned to our plates. The first question I had after finishing my sample was whether there was a Mr. Peggy! If there hadn't been (and there is), I would have dashed off a proposal of marriage within minutes! Her command of cheesecake would enable Just Desserts to be a tremendous success all by itself but her talents don't end there.
