With a degree from the Welding Technical Institute in Austria, Hans Leitner moved to the United States with his wife Brigitte in 1976. He worked for Reuther Mold & Manufacturing in Cuyahoga Falls from 1978 until he purchased their equipment and business and formed Leitner Fabrication, LTD in 1996. Leasing their building for three years, Leitner Fabrication remained in the Falls until they purchased land in Medina and built a new manufacturing facility in 1999. Their new location not only provides 44,000 square feet of state-of-the-art shop space, it's located right next door to their main customer, TLT Babcock, Inc. The parts that are made at Leitner Fabrication are very large and the cost of shipping playing a prominent role in their final pricing. By locating his plant beside TLT Babcock, Hans now delivers a top quality product coupled with a significant cost savings to his corporate neighbor. Join us as Hans outlines his factory's products and capabilities;
Leitner Fabrication, LTD is uniquely positioned to provide general and customized fabrication solutions both locally and world-wide in addition to tractor/trailer crash avoidance systems through their G SYS LLC division.
