Everyone in the local area remembers the wonderful food with which Michael's on Wooster Pike had built its reputation and many of us were saddened by the restaurant's decline over the past several years. This reversal of fortunes caused this local haunt to be put on the market in June of 2002 when it was purchased by Bill and Kathy Parker, two seasoned restaurant professionals who had always dreamed of owning a restaurant of their own. Bill graduated from the Career Center with a degree in the Culinary Arts, Kathy had taken courses in restaurant management, and together they have over thirty years experience in the hospitality industry.
