Marie Able has been doing hair since she began coloring her mother's hair when she was only eleven years old. After this early exposure to cosmetology, she enrolled in a Pivot Point™ school in Benton Harbor, Michigan to gain advanced training and professional certification. Upon moving to Medina in 1975, Marie spent seven years working at another salon before opening her own shop on North Court Street. Within five years she realized that she needed more room for her tanning facilities and easier access to a larger parking area so in 1987 T & M Salon moved into their current Vine Street location.

T & M Salon offers a diverse menu that includes coloring, waxing, facial waxing, permanents, and hair cutting all provided with a high degree of personal service. Marie prefers to run a small salon and work by appointment only so she can maintain a calm, relaxing atmosphere and work one on one with her customers to make sure that each client receives the time and attention they deserve. With her love for the cosmetology business, Marie strives to make sure her clients not only look good but also feel good about how they look. T & M Salon is also a great place to work on your tan. Marie has two tanning beds, seventeen years experience in tanning, and the certification and licensing to guarantee that you receive a safe and attractive tan.
